 SHIPPING COSTS

Exchanges: Jack Grace will cover the cost of ground shipping for an exchange within the continental US if requested within 60 days of order delivery.  

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund.

After 60 days, all new / unworn items may be eligible for a return; however, return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Please note, refunds are valid for product cost (not shipping costs, if applicable).

TO QUALIFY

Products must be returned in like-new, resellable condition; Cannot be worn outside and no signs of wear.

Products must be returned with original contents including: original packaging, box, and dust bag (if applicable).

Only items purchased on JackGraceUSA.com with valid and accompanying order information will be accpeted for returns/ exchanges.

We do not offer returns nor exchanges on customized or international orders. All sales are final.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. If you wish to return/ exchange all or part of your order, please complete this online form.
  2. If you request a return/ exchange within the 60 day window, we will then provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email that you may use to send your order back to our warehouse.
  3. When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the exchange/ refund for your order.
